Benefit to MCOBA

Celcom will make an annual contribution to MCOBA of at least 2% of the total usage generated through this plan. Let's say we have 1000 subscribers consumming an average RM75 per person per month, the total usage for the year would be RM75 x 12 months x 1000 subscribers, or RM900,000. 2% of that would be RM18,000.

How to Subscribe?

Fill up a Personal Registration Form available at MCOBA Office and submit a photocopy of your IC (front and back). Remember to prepare a list of twelve (12) of your favorite 013/019/0148 numbers for a special call rates of 10sen/min and 1sen/SMS. Once Celcom has completed the registration, you will receive the SIM card and the free phone.

But I'm already using Celcom Postpaid. How can I switch to the Society Postpaid Plan?

Fill up a Requisition Form also available at MCOBA Office, and submit it together with a photocopy of your IC (front and back). We shall pass your request to Celcom, and they will contact you once the switch has been made. Unfortunately, you won't get a free phone for switching.

I'm using Celcom Prepaid. Can I switch, too?

At the moment, a direct switch from Celcom Prepaid to Society Postpaid Plan is not available. First you must visit any Celcom branch and request to switch your current Celcom Prepaid number to a regular Celcom Postpaid plan. It is important to remember that you must not commit to any one-year contract with your new Celcom Postpaid plan, because you want to make the next switch to the Society Postpaid Plan. Once you have switched to a regular Celcom Postpaid plan, you are ready to visit MCOBA and make the switch to Society Postpaid Plan.

But I'm not able to visit MCOBA Office

You may call a Celcom Account Manager near you. Make an appointment with one of them to subscribe to the Society Postpaid Plan which will benefit both you and MCOBA. The list of the account managers is available here.

And don't forget to get your family members to subscribe as well! The more subscribers we have, the better it would be.
